Welcome! The Cottonwood Inn Bed & Breakfast is a 1896 private farm house with antiques throughout. The house is situated on five acres of prairie in beautiful, rural Illinois. This B&B is located twelve miles east of Charleston, the home of Eastern Illinois University. It is the first house south of Kansas High School on the west side of the blacktop road (1/2 mile south of Route 16). Rooms This bed and breakfast has four guest rooms, all with hardwood floors and three full baths. One guest bedroom has its own private balcony overlooking grounds and farm fields. (Private baths are a possibility.) There are two living rooms downstairs plus a large formal dining room for your convenience. Outside dining is a possibility on one of the three porches and patio, weather permitting. Rooms have air conditioning. Amenities Room amenities include free bath products with hairdryers and bathrobes available upon request. The third story has multiple beds plus one full private bath and is available for rent at the rate of $175.00 plus 11.75% tax per night. The entire house is available by the week or month with housekeeping services. Prices available upon request.
